Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Reev platform and services provided by Reev ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Reev platform, you ("user" or "client") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific services provided by Reev.
1.1. Conditions for Use of the Reev Platform by Registered Users
Eligibility
The Reev platform is intended for individuals aged 18 years and older with the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Registration
To access certain features of the platform, users may be required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
Acceptable Use
Users agree to use the Reev platform solely for lawful purposes related to obtaining renovation services offered by Reev. Users must not:
Use the platform for any unauthorized or illegal activity
Upload false, misleading, or incomplete information
Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s operation or networks
Attempt to access other users’ information or accounts without authorization
Third-Party Services and Links
The Reev platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, tools, or services (such as payment gateways, supplier catalogs, or external resources). These third-party services are provided for user convenience only.
Reev does not control and is not responsible for the content, functionality, or practices of any third-party services.
Users access and use third-party services at their own risk.
Reev makes no warranties regarding these services and shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from their use.
Users are encouraged to review the terms and policies of any third-party services they interact with.
Account Suspension or Termination
Reev reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a user's access to the platform without notice if the user breaches these Terms, engages in fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful conduct, or disrupts platform operations.
User-Generated Content
The Reev platform may, now or in the future, allow users to submit content such as reviews, feedback, project images, comments, or other materials (“User-Generated Content”). By submitting User-Generated Content to the platform, users agree that:
They grant Reev a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise exploit such content for marketing, promotional, and service improvement purposes
They warrant that the content is accurate, does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or privacy of any third party, and is lawful
Reev reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove any User-Generated Content at its sole discretion, without prior notice
Reev disclaims responsibility for any User-Generated Content posted by users and shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such content.
2. Services Provided
Reev operates as a renovation management platform, providing end-to-end renovation services through a network of trusted professionals, in-house project managers, and qualified subcontractors. Through our platform, clients can access design consultation, material selection, project supervision, and construction services under a unified, seamless process. While Reev oversees and manages every aspect of the renovation process, certain works may be executed by third-party subcontractors engaged by Reev on behalf of the client.
Reev offers comprehensive home renovation services including, but not limited to:
Renovation planning and consultation
Architectural and interior design services
Procurement and selection of materials and finishes
Project management and on-site supervision
Construction and installation services
Custom cabinetry and built-in solutions
Additional services such as 3D visualizations and other upgrades may be available at an additional cost.
2.1 Definition of a “Project”
A “Project” refers to any renovation service engagement undertaken by Reev on behalf of a client, beginning with an official renovation proposal and concluding upon final delivery and handover of the agreed scope of work. Each Project is subject to a unique contract outlining its specific terms, pricing, timelines, materials and deliverables.
2.2 Online Renovation Proposal
Prior to commencing any Project, Reev provides clients with an Online Renovation Proposal, which includes:
A detailed scope of work
Proposed materials and finishes
Estimated timeline
Payment schedule
Total project cost estimate
The Online Renovation Proposal serves as a preliminary offer for the client’s review and approval.
2.3 Client Contract
Following acceptance of the Online Renovation Proposal, Reev will issue an official Project Contract to the client. This contract formally confirms:
The final scope of work
Total agreed price and payment milestones
Delivery schedule
Terms & Conditions (including warranties, cancellation policy, and limitations of liability)
Any additional project-specific provisions
No Project will commence until the client has signed the Project Contract and made the required initial payment as outlined within.
3. Use of Project Media
With the client’s written or verbal consent, Reev reserves the right to photograph and document project sites before, during, and after completion for marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes. Such media may be used on Reev’s website, social media platforms, printed materials, and other marketing channels. Clients may revoke consent at any time in writing, and Reev will honor such requests for future use while retaining rights to materials already published prior to the renovation.
4. Contractors and Materials Limited Warranty
Reev provides a limited warranty for both contractor workmanship and materials used in each Project, subject to the following terms:
Contractor Workmanship Warranty:
Reev warrants that the work performed by our in-house team and subcontractors will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of project completion and handover.
This warranty covers only defects caused by improper or faulty workmanship. It does not cover issues arising from improper use, neglect, or alterations made by the client or third parties.
Materials Warranty:
Reev warrants that the materials provided for the Project will be free from defects at the time of installation.
The warranty for materials follows the manufacturer’s standard warranty period and may vary depending on the type of material used. Reev will assist the client in facilitating claims under the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
Normal wear and tear
Misuse or abuse of the project area
Modifications, repairs, or alterations performed by the client or third parties
Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, accidents, etc.)
Warranty Claims:
To make a warranty claim, the client must notify Reev in writing within 5 days of discovering the defect. Reev will inspect the reported issue and, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective work or materials at no cost to the client.
Warranty claims related to materials will be addressed in cooperation with the manufacturer or supplier.
5. Platform License / Intellectual Property
License to Use the Platform:
Reev grants registered users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Reev platform solely for the purpose of obtaining renovation services as outlined in these Terms & Conditions. This license is subject to the user’s compliance with all applicable terms, including acceptable use and restrictions.
Intellectual Property Ownership:
All intellectual property rights in the platform, including its design, content, features, functionality, logos, trademarks, text, images, software, and any other materials (“Platform Content”) are owned by Reev or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users agree not to copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform Content without prior written consent from Reev.
User-Generated Content License:
By submitting User-Generated Content (e.g., reviews, project images) to the Reev platform, users grant Reev a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and publish such content for the purpose of marketing, promotion, and service improvements, as detailed in Section 1.1.6.
Prohibited Actions:
Users may not:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
Use the platform in any way that violates these Terms or infringes on Reev’s intellectual property rights
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its related systems
No Transfer of Ownership:
Nothing in these Terms grants users any ownership or rights to the platform, the Platform Content, or any intellectual property rights held by Reev. Users acknowledge that all rights, titles, and interests in the platform and its content remain exclusively with Reev.

6. General Terms
License to Use the Platform:
